Students should work on annotating their 1920’s video slides. Read pages 412-459 “The Americans” and add additional notes to the slides. January 20th Have students watch the documentary “America The Story of U.S.: Boom”. The file for the video is on the desktop. The copy is bad so feel free to allow a student to log in to Netflix to watch the online version. Search: “America The Story of US Season 1 Episode 8 Boom -Students should take notes. - Collect notes at the end of the video. Students should work on annotating their 1920’s video slides. Read pages 412-459 “The Americans” and add additional notes to the slides. Remind students that as they read they should develop high level questions to use during our discussion on the 1920s. These questions should be done on a separate sheet of paper. January 22nd Have students watch the documentary History Channel Documentary Biography of Al Capone. The file for the video is on the desktop -Students should take notes. - Collect notes at the end of the video. Students should continue working on annotating their 1920’s video slides.
